Abstract: Today, mastering the knowledge of production, entrepreneurship, creating new businesses, growing production, helping livelihoods, removing investment barriers, repairing and strengthening financial and credit infrastructure from various aspects, including legal ones, is one of the most productive scientific, economic, political and financial fields. To the extent that several universities under the title of: Skill, Scientific and Applied University, technical and professional training centers and researched in this regard have been established and strengthened. Especially since the Iranian economy has been experiencing financial fluctuations, instability, increased liquidity, imbalance, hoarding, etc. for years. These fluctuations and problems affect various legal dimensions. That is, they face the rights of society with a crisis. The purpose of this research is to examine a set of measures that help to dynamism, transformation, development, solidarity, and mobilization of investment production, division of labor, entrepreneurship, and strengthening popular organizations from the perspective of general and specific rights. Especially since in the past 15 years, the slogan of the year has been focused by the Supreme Leader on the topics of: strengthening economic growth and removing obstacles to production and people's participation. This article uses a descriptive and analytical method to explain the areas of implementation and effectiveness of the slogan of the year 1404 from several aspects, including legal ones.
The results show: The slogan of investment for production can lead to widespread effects in important parts of the country as the driving force of the economy in the areas of increasing domestic production, supporting employers, reducing unemployment rates, social transformation and justice, citizen rights, technological progress, new technologies, upgrading the level of technology and increasing competitiveness, etc. in the market. To implement the slogan of the year, all relevant agencies, including the judiciary, must be on the scene with all their might as an assistant to the executive agencies.
