**About the Journal**
*Arshiyan Fars Journal of Fiqh & Law* is a peer-reviewed scientific-specialized journal published biannually in Persian, with English abstracts. The journal is dedicated to the academic dissemination of research findings in Islamic jurisprudence and legal studies.
**Aims and Scope**
The journal aims to:
- Explore and defend the foundations and principles of Islamic jurisprudence and law through scholarly discourse.
- Promote comparative studies between Islamic and other legal systems to deepen Islamic legal thought and address contemporary challenges.
- Investigate new legal and jurisprudential issues and propose solutions grounded in Islamic law.
