Abstract
According to the new check issuance law, from 2018, all banks are required to issue checks through an integrated check book issuance system known as Sayad. The most important advantage of sayadi check's over old checks, in addition to the apparent differences, is the difference in the need to register it That In case of non-receipt, by obtaining a certificate of non-payment, in addition to filing a lawsuit to claim the amount of the check, holding a hearing and during the proceedings, issuing a check can also be issued.He also issued a check to the executive. This method is specific to sayadi check's. It is possible to issue the execution of a sayadi chec'k through two ways: the registration and the execution unit of the court rulings. Each of these methods has characteristics that have been discussed in the research. The payment of old checks (non-sayadi chec'k) can be demanded through the public-law court by submitting a petition. It is possible to claim the money of old checks against the issuer, endorsers and other officials. A person can file a lawsuit against any official regarding the execution of old checks. Also, the holder can request from the registration enforcement department to issue an executive order to claim check money and enforce old checks, the action to demand check money and enforce old checks in the registration process is only possible against the check issuer
