The most significant issue in the discourse of Islamic management is the dominance of divine standards and Islamic values over the principles, pillars, and structure of management, alongside the use of scientific and managerial frameworks. In other words, if management science draws upon Islamic rulings, models, and values in its practice, it will achieve true success. It appears that the development of Islamic management based on divine Islamic values provides the foundation for human growth and flourishing. This concept is applicable both at the societal level—i.e., leadership and governance in an Islamic community—and at the organizational level, where a shift occurs from perceiving humans as mere resources to viewing them as valuable capital. By nurturing individuals, creativity and innovation are fostered within the organization. The principles and methods of management and leadership are influenced by the prevailing values within a society or civilization. Accordingly, the nature of a society's foundational elements necessitates a particular management approach. Given the necessity of implementing divine values in Islamic organizations, a specific Islamic management model must be applied to achieve its unique goal: human excellence. To achieve this objective and to develop a comprehensive framework for Islamic management studies, this study utilizes a library-based approach by reviewing previous literature and research in the field. It ultimately proposes an integrative model for understanding and formulating the principles and foundations of Islamic management.
