Abstract
This study investigates educational issues, particularly in the field of culture and art, analyzing the challenges present within the educational system. The main objective is to determine whether the Ministry of Education, despite allocating substantial financial and time resources, has achieved its defined goals in the two domains of education and upbringing (moral development). The focus of this research is on how culture and art—two key yet nearly neglected elements—can function as vital arteries in enhancing the quality of educational and developmental programs. Although often overlooked, these two domains play a profound role in shaping students’ identity, values, and creativity. All educational topics are deeply interconnected and mutually influential; improving one aspect positively affects the others. This research is conducted through a descriptive-developmental approach using library-based resources and is presented to raise awareness and improve the quality of cultural-artistic programs.
