Examining the concept of import based on Islamic jurisprudence

Abstract
This article examines the concept of import based on Islamic jurisprudence, related jurisprudential principles and its effects on international business relations. Import, as one of the most important factors in meeting the needs of countries, plays a very important role in economic development and strengthening international trade relations. In this regard, the principles and rules of Islamic jurisprudence can be proposed as a useful solution for regulating and developing imported activities in the form of moral principles and Islamic laws. First, in this article, we discuss the concept of import based on Islamic jurisprudence. Fiqh, as a legal and moral system in Islam, determines the rules and regulations for commercial behavior and international trade. Importing on the basis of Islamic jurisprudence means importing goods and services from other countries in compliance with the principles and laws of jurisprudence. In this section, we examine the jurisprudential principles and concepts, including justice, trustworthiness, non-exploitation, and property rights in import and international trade. Then, we will examine the legal principles and rules related to import. These principles may include the principle of balance in transactions, the principle of justice and mutual benefit, the principle of non-exploitation and the principle of trustworthiness. In this section, we explain the principle of each of these rules and how to apply them in the import process. In the following, we will examine the works of import based on Islamic jurisprudence. Imports based on Islamic jurisprudence can have positive effects on the economy and society. Some of these works include diversity and abundance of products, improvement of quality and standards, development of industries related to import and creation of employment. Also, imports based on Islamic jurisprudence can help promote international trade relations, exchange culture and knowledge, and achieve justice and balance in international trade. Finally, this article concludes that import based on Islamic jurisprudence can be used as an ethical and legal approach to develop international trade and strengthen economic relations with other countries. By observing the principles and rules of jurisprudence, it is possible to achieve justice, trustworthiness and non-exploitation in import activities and contribute to sustainable development and economic growth. In general, this article deals with the concept of import based on Islamic jurisprudence, related jurisprudential principles and its effects on international business relations. This article adds: "It is recommended that more research be done in this field in order to improve and adapt jurisprudential concepts to new economic and commercial needs in view of the daily developments in the field of import and international trade.
